Pay: Competitive hourly based on experience.
Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (or 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM depending on schedule, 25–30 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, emails, and texts from clients professionally and promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments with our technician team.
- Track progress on tasks, follow up with technicians to ensure completion.
- Maintain organized records of clients, appointments and details.
- Assist with basic email management and client communications.
- Suggest improvements to streamline office operations and workflow.
- Support the owner with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to type.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using basic software (email, calendars, spreadsheets).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, or office management.
- Familiarity with cleaning business or service-based operations.
