Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Utilize eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
